Abstract
Project management involves organizing resources and activities to achieve specific
objectives within time and budget. However, conventional project management methods can be
inefficient, error-prone, leading to communication challenges and disputes. This research paper
proposes new framework called Smart Contract Project Management Framework (SCPMF) and
explores the advantages and obstacles associated with implementing it, combining Rule Engines
and blockchain technology to improve project management transparency, accountability, and
security. The paper provides an overview of SCPMF and its applications in project planning,
resource management, and contract management while discussing the benefits and challenges of
implementing SCPMF in project management. The paper concludes by explained the limitations
in future research and highlights the potential of SCPMF to revolutionize project management. |
