This MBA research project, Exploring the Impact of Client-Based Projects on the Employability of International Students in Canada, examines how experiential learning through industry collaborations supports skill development and career readiness. The study applies a quantitative research design using survey data and PLS-SEM analysis to evaluate the effects of client-based projects on both technical skills and meta-skills, with student feedback analyzed as a moderating factor. Results show that client-based projects significantly enhance employability outcomes by strengthening skill acquisition and providing practical, real-world experience. The findings contribute to the growing body of literature on work-integrated learning while offering practical insights for universities, employers, and policymakers aiming to improve international student employability.
