Submitter Eligibility
UCW Wise accepts work created by affiliates of UCW. To qualify as an affiliate of UCW, the submitter must fall under one of these categories: students, faculty, staff, or alumni. These categories include full-time, part-time, continuing, and contract roles.
The repository team will consider non-affiliated materials on a case-by-case basis. If you want to submit to UCW Wise but you do not fall under one of the above categories, please email wise@ucanwest.ca for consultation prior to submission.
Co-Authorship
In cases of co-authorship, at least one author must be an affiliate of UCW and the submitter must be a UCW affiliate.
All co-authors must agree to and sign the UCW Wise License Agreement prior to submission. Submissions lacking the signature of a co-author will not be accepted. The repository team will not liaise with co-authors on the submitter’s behalf.
